What to Expect

Your first visit is focused on understanding you.

You can expect:

  • A longer, one-on-one appointment
  • A thorough, hands-on assessment
  • Discussion of your history, goals, and movement patterns
  • Specialized hands-on treatment when appropriate
  • Integrated movement, exercise, and education
  • Clear next steps and a plan moving forward

Appointments are intentionally structured to allow time for assessment, treatment, planning, and meaningful conversation — not rushed care

How to Book

Appointments can be booked online through our secure booking system at:  https://ifrr.janeapp.com

You can:

  • Book a new patient assessment
  • Book follow-up visits
  • Manage or cancel appointments online

If you prefer, you may also email or call the clinic to book an appointment or ask questions. We’re happy to help guide you if you’re unsure which appointment type is right for you.

Forms & Paperwork 

New patient intake forms are completed online prior to your appointment for convenience.

Forms can be filled out:

  • Online before your visit, or
  • In the clinic if needed (please arrive a few minutes early)

Completing forms in advance helps ensure your appointment time is used efficiently and allows us to prepare for your visit.

You do not need a referral for our services from your family doctor.

Insurance & Direct Billing

The Clinic Director bills for most insurance providers.

Coverage varies between plans, so we recommend checking your individual benefits prior to your appointment to understand coverage and reimbursement.

Imaging & Collaborative Care

When appropriate, we may recommend imaging or communicate with other healthcare providers involved in your care.

This may include:

  • Referrals for diagnostic imaging
  • Communication with your family doctor or specialist
  • Collaboration with other practitioners currently supporting you

Our goal is to ensure your care is coordinated, informed, and aligned with your overall health plan.
