Justine Rodrigues, BSc., DC.
Clinic Director, Chiropractor & Health Coach
Dr. Rodrigues often serves as an entry point for patients who feel stuck, confused, or unsure where to start. Her role is to assess musculoskeletal concerns, explain findings clearly, and help guide patients through a structured recovery plan, often coordinating care with physiotherapy and naturopathic medicine when appropriate.
Justine Rodrigues is the Clinic Director, Chiropractor, and Health Coach at Integrative Functional Recovery Room. Her care is modern, evidence-based, and centered on understanding how people move, live, and load their bodies over time.
Her approach is always whole-person and sustainability-focused. While hands-on care is an important part of treatment, it is rarely enough on its own. Care is intentionally supported by movement and exercise strategies, rehabilitation principles, and individualized guidance around lifestyle, nutrition, and supplementation when appropriate. This allows treatment to extend beyond the clinic and support meaningful, long-term outcomes.
Appointments are intentionally longer to allow for in-depth assessment, specialized hands-on treatment, thoughtful planning, and clear communication. Justine is known for going above and beyond for her patients, combining strong clinical acumen with genuine care and ongoing support.

Dr. Burzin Rao
Chiropractor
Dr. Rao provides chiropractic care for people who want to better understand their pain, move with more confidence, and return to the activities that matter to them. His care is especially suited to those who value an active approach, whether they are managing everyday aches and pains, recovering from injury, or trying to stay consistent with running, training, sport, work, or daily life.
Burzin’s approach is modern, evidence-informed, and centered on clear assessment, practical education, and individualized care. He takes the time to understand each person’s goals, activity level, and daily demands so treatment feels specific, realistic, and connected to what you actually want to get back to.
His care blends hands-on chiropractic treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation, progressive loading, and strength and conditioning principles. Manual therapy, including chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, and soft tissue techniques, may be used to improve mobility, manage symptoms, and support the rehabilitation process, while exercise and loading strategies help build capacity and restore function.
Clinically, Burzin works with a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, including neck and low back pain, running-related and lower limb injuries, bone stress injuries, tendinopathies, ankle and knee injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. He has pursued additional training in running injury rehabilitation and bone stress injury management, and incorporates objective tools such as strength testing and dynamometry when appropriate to help guide care and track progress.
Outside the clinic, Burzin enjoys running, strength training, soccer, and staying active year-round.
